We’re seeking a visionary Production and Operations Manager to spearhead the establishment of Vetta Valve’s manufacturing excellence. This role is about more than management—it’s about inspiring a culture of operational excellence, quality, and efficiency that will define our brand.

• Lead the setup of Vetta Valve’s production, ensuring a solid foundation for manufacturing, assembly, testing, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
• Craft and implement innovative production and scheduling plans, optimizing resources to meet the needs of key industries.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, embedding excellence into Vetta Valve’s operations to boost productivity and maintain high quality.
• Build a high-performance environment, promoting leadership and development among team members to achieve our vision of becoming a leading manufacturing hub.
• Enforce rigorous quality control and inspection standards, aligning with regulatory and customer expectations for superior product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, and procurement to integrate manufacturing processes with Vetta Valve’s innovative goals.
• Tackle operational challenges and technical issues proactively, enhancing problem-solving and innovation for continuous operational improvement.
• Establish strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, fostering trust, collaboration, and strategic alliances for growth.
• Generate and present detailed reports on production performance and metrics to guide senior management in decision-making and strategic planning.

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; preference for candidates with an advanced degree.
• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in the field of industrial valve manufacturing and testing, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, ideally during the initial growth stages of a company.
• Deep knowledge and expertise in developing valve manufacturing processes from scratch, with a strong foundation in metallurgy, materials science, and fluid dynamics.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams through the exciting stages of building a brand, ensuring operational excellence, and meeting high goals in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Skilled in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, with a dedicated focus on continual innovation and enhancing operational efficiencies.
• Outstanding analytical abilities, adept at problem-solving and decision-making, with the skill to manage complex projects, navigate competing priorities, and achieve significant objectives.
